Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

Please report any issues to info@chaosriderz.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item. Once submitted, our team will review the claim and organise a replacement as quickly as possible.

To assist us, make sure to include:

  • A clear description of the issue and how the order was packaged

  • Photos showing the damaged item(s) and the packaging — including the outside of the parcel and any protective inserts
     

📸 Note: These photos are essential for our internal reporting and quality control processes.
We’ll also ask whether the outer package was visibly damaged, as this helps us conduct a full investigation with our print and logistics partners to prevent similar issues in the future.

Return Policy for Custom-Made Clothing

 

At Chaos Riderz, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made garments tailored just for you. Due to the personalised nature of these products, our return and exchange policy differs from standard retail practices. Please read carefully before placing your order.

 

1. No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders

 

Each custom item is made to your specifications (e.g., size, fabric, colour, design, embroidery, or print). For this reason:

  • All custom-made items are final sale.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing provided, or design dissatisfaction after approval.

2. Order Accuracy & Approval

 

Before production begins, we may send a mock-up, digital preview, or request final approval depending on the level of customisation. It is your responsibility to:

  • Review all details, including measurements, spelling, colours, and design placement.

  • Confirm everything is correct before we begin production.

 

We cannot offer refunds for errors that were approved by you.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your custom garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@chaosriderz.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the defect/damage

  • A brief description of the issue

 

We will assess and, if eligible, offer one of the following:

  • A remake of the item

  • A partial refund or store credit

  • A full refund (only in cases where the item cannot be repaired or replaced)

4. Sizing Issues

 

Since sizing is highly personalised, we strongly encourage customers to refer to our size guide (HERE) or contact us for help before ordering. We do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size selected by the customer

  • Weight or body changes post-order

  • Minor variations (1–2cm) due to handmade construction

 

In some cases, we may offer paid alterations or a discounted remake — this is decided on a case-by-case basis.

5. Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your custom order within 12 hours of purchase. After that:

  • Your order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • For rush orders, cancellations are not accepted once payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping Issues

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services

  • Lost items due to incorrect address provided by the customer

 

Please double-check all shipping details before completing your purchase.
